Why do I need this? The U3 stick is password protected itself. I can use the stick as password safe and put the passwords in a simple tex file.

Any Keylogger Program, Wi-Fi Center, Internet Cafe has people with nothing better to do than spy on others. Maybe even your fellow employees at work. These programs generate passwords, without you entering into the keyboard!!! The keyboard is where they learn your passwords. The aforementioned programs enter and create passwords up to 128 Bit Power and you do not have to remember them. Just keep the software on your U3 Device and memorize one master password. Now no one can enter your emails or other confidential websites because all the passwords are 128 Bit or less, all different, and it would take a Cray Super Computer to break the password. Just do not loose your U3 device and/or make a duplicate with the duplicate software and duplicate passwords.

Lock the second one up at home, in your bank whereever..

Best for keeping prying family members out of your business also....
