Hi - we took a look into this report, and found a bug which affects some files that you download manually from websites. We are going to release version 1.0.0.63 which will fix this, likely today or Monday at the latest.
Until then - you can check the box in Edit: Preferences: Privacy which says to remove entire browser cache when Heatseek exits. This will also fix the problem for now.
